I'm a product designer in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and I came to design through the support queue. At Presto, a Bolivian fintech, I handled more than a hundred customer cases a week and went through the tickets to find out why new users quit in their first month. The top three answers were verification delays, failed payments, and fees nobody explained. I still check every flow I design against that list.
From 2025 to mid-2026 I freelanced, designing personal finance and productivity apps for individual clients: twelve projects, taken from first user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and handed off ready to build in React and Tailwind CSS.
Since September 2026 I've been CMO at TuAgente, which builds AI agents that answer WhatsApp and Instagram chats for small businesses. I designed and built the company's website and run its marketing, from positioning to the ads.
TuAgente has my full attention right now, so I'm not looking for a new role. This is where I keep my design work. If you want to talk about any of it, email me.
